Description

The German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) offers a scholarship programme, “Bridge Scholarships for Palestinians in Germany“. This programme is open to Palestinians students and researchers who are in Germany and not able to return to their home country due to the current situation. The funds are offered by the German Federal Foreign Service. The estimated duration of minimum 3 months and maximum 6 months. It is open to Bachelor’s or Master’s graduates; doctoral graduates; assistant professors.

Benefits

  • Monthly Stipend Amounts:
  • 992 euros for Bachelor’s and Master’s students
  • 1,300 euros for doctoral candidates and postdocs
  • 2,150 euros for (assistant) professors
  • Additional Benefits: Health, accident, and personal liability insurance, plus potential allowances for rent, family members with chronic illnesses/disabilities, and German language courses.
